Planners and journals for ADHD and neurodivergent brains
If traditional planners have never stuck, it is not you. It is the format. JFDI uses short, bite-size pages and zero setup, so ADHD brains, neurodivergent brains and anyone with a full mind can start without friction.
Built to support executive function: getting started, choosing your priorities and building momentum. Pick the format that works for you: physical, printable PDF, fillable PDF or tablet.
Built to fail. Built to restart.
Every system fails for ADHD brains. That is just part of the process, so we build systems that expect it. Instead of avoiding failure, we plan for it and focus on starting again. Closing the gap between falling off a practice and redirecting is the muscle we are building, one small zero resistance habit at a time.
How the JFDI method works
The JFDI method is a five-step brain dump and daily planning routine, each step small enough to finish.
- Mind Sweep. Get every random thought, list and to-do out of your head and onto the page.
- Affirmations. Write one short, present-tense line about something you want to be true.
- Gratitude. Include the tough stuff. Noticing what hard moments taught you helps you move to solutions faster.
- Future Pacing. Describe your dream life as if it is already true. Be creative. Be detailed.
- Inspired Action. Write the next steps that move you toward the life you just described.
